Symptom
Your AI client cannot reach your Zapier MCP server, or the connection takes too long and times out.Causes
- Your network or browser is blocking the connection.
- Your AI client is out of date.
- Your connection token has expired or changed.
How to fix it
Try one or more of the following:- Confirm your device has an active internet connection by loading another website in your browser.
- Verify that mcp.zapier.com loads correctly in your browser.
- Update your AI client to the latest version.
- If you are using an unlisted client with a connection token, rotate your connection token and reconnect.
