A tool bundle is a shareable link to the list of tools on your MCP server. Anyone with the link can add the same tools to their own server with one click, without access to your server, your connected accounts, or your data. Tool bundles work with all server types.
Sharing a tool bundle shares only the list of tools, not your connected app accounts or any custom field settings.

Share a tool bundle

  1. Go to mcp.zapier.com and select your server.
  2. Click Share tools in the top right. A dialog will open.
  3. Enter a name for your bundle in the Tool bundle name field.
  4. Enter a short description in the Tool bundle description field.
  5. Click + Create shareable link.
  6. Click the copy icon to copy the link and share it.
When someone opens a tool bundle link, the list of tools included is shown. To add the tools to their own server, they:
  1. Sign in to Zapier MCP (or sign up if they do not have an account).
  2. Select an existing server or create a new one.
  3. Connect their own app accounts for each tool.
Each person who uses the bundle gets an independent copy of the tools connected to their own accounts. Tool calls count against their own Zapier plan. Removing the link stops others from using it to add tools, but does not remove tools already added by others.
  1. Go to mcp.zapier.com and select your server.
  2. Click Share tools in the top right.
  3. Click the delete icon next to the bundle link to remove it.

Tool bundles vs. server access

Tool bundles and server access both let you share your MCP tool configuration, but serve different goals.

Connected accountsRecipient connects their ownOwner’s connections only
Use a tool bundle when you want to help someone else get started with the same tools. Use server access when you want teammates to help manage a single shared server.
