Zapier MCP is available as a built-in connector in Figma Make. Add it from the Connectors menu and authenticate with your Zapier account.

Connect Zapier MCP to Figma Make

Open Connectors

In Figma Make, click the + button, then click Connectors.

Add Zapier

Find Zapier and click Connect.When prompted, authenticate with your Zapier account.

Finish setup

In Figma Make, start a new chat and ask:

Verify the connection

Ask Figma Make:
Figma Make should list the Zapier MCP tools. If tools do not appear, check Troubleshooting.

Try it out

After setup, ask Figma Make to do something with your connected apps:
  • “Find my last 5 emails and summarize them”
  • “What meetings do I have tomorrow?”
  • “Create a task in [app] to follow up with [name]”
  • “Send a Slack message to [channel] about [topic]“
